I found this wiki map but it’s awfully vague. Does anyone have any idea which states’ governments are currently most hostile towards age verification? Trying to figure out which state to virtually reside in for all the new TOS changes happening online right now that require you to input the state you live in.
Based on its State Constitution, I’m going with New Hampshire

[Art.] 2-b. [Right of Privacy.]

The Wikipedia map is completely wrong
The good news is that the age verification law doesn’t cover FOSS software
Oregon, I don’t think, is likely to do one.
Disagree. Oregon would follow Cali’s lead and Cali seems likely.
Montana I could see not bothering with it.
They tried it, and it failed. I’m still taking a look at it, though.
