Might be my data hoarding tendencies. It’s moments which I have the option to not erase and dont take up much storage, so why not. I guess with face to face communication this wouldnt be a thing, but now I have the option and it bugs me to let it go I guess.

Yeah, this. They should really make an os-agnostic database of the chats to freely export/import among devices, like simpleX allows

I think it only syncs media sent the last 45days though. Did they change that too?
