blenders realtime compositor is faster than any video editor, obv not nearly as good for the tasks youd do, but im sure someone better than me could do a lot with the realtime previews
I pretty much exclusively use eevee when playing around on blender, love seeing everything realtime close to the final result, if only blender had embergen/jangafx sim capabilties
If you’re into self harm, blender is a pretty well featured video editor as well. Also, is Linux native.
