@dubyakay well, the only thing that changed radically is the smoking thing - it is now illegal to smoke in restaurants and bars and pubs. Bike, transit and cars on the sidewalk are only now being tackled. But our politicians are highly car-brained and propose all sorts of funny measures. Just as last week a draft law allowing the motorcycles to be parked on the sidewalk if it’s more than 1m wide was rejected, there’s another one proposed that allows motorcycles and scooters (not the electric ones, think of the Vespas and the likes) to have access on bus lanes too. Not to mention minors aren’t allowed to cycle until the age of 14 on public roads (which is what most of the roads are), when they can legally get their IDs. Such a normal country to live in, what can I say…
