back in, iirc, the 1970s, IBM, then the king of computing, had a number of facilities scattered around Westchester county, just north of nyc
And of course, people had to move ENORMOUS amounts of data around the different sites - Mbys !!
and of course, he rocket scientist brains would , over coffee, discuss various then hi tech ways of moving Mby of data
and the best answer was always Fred, who on Fridays, drove his station wagon around to the loading
