The promise made by EU foreign ministers on Monday not to take part in the war against Iran (“This is not our war”) lasted just three days. The statement makes no mention whatsoever of the US and Israel, which attacked Iran 20 days ago in violation of international law and have been bombing it non-stop ever since. Instead, it blames the victim for the war and accuses Iran of breaking international law.

    I didn’t read : I am tired of Europe. As a french citizen, I once was very proud of belonging to the European Union. Now it just feels like a sad burden. Our leaders (with the notable exception of Spain) are constantly running after trump or netanyahu most of the time on their knees. No backspine, no concern for anything but their own effing business. Macron, mertz, vanderlayen, they’re just servants of the capitalism. They’ll join that the war if they can make profit out of it.
