    Sure, but there’s a few differences between now and WW2.

    Russia doesn’t have a lend-lease partner so lost material is very hard to replace, whereas Ukraine has multiple defense markets to purchase material from.

    Russias only advantage is their manpower. The issue is they have had degraded capacity to adequately replenish their war materials. Eventually this will hit a critical mass that will swing the war in Ukraines favor.

      But Ukraine could run out of troops and Europe and the US might not continue to supply military equipment. Trump is already switching equipment from Ukraine to the Mideast.

        Ukraine could run out of troops. But Russia could suffer another military coup. They almost did with Wagner. Russia is also running very low on S400 launchers. Ukraine could break down Russia’s AAA over the battlefield, and when that does happen, they can systematically route that area of operations.

          Then Putin will be motivated to accept my proposal. My proposal gives Putin a way to save face. He can claim that he achieved his goal of getting the US out of Europe.
