A missile that fires hundreds of bullets in random directions is called “precision”.
And these ghouls used one on a civilian area.
I don’t actually think the use of such a missile can ever not be a war crime.
I don’t see how the missile itself should be considered a war crime, but using it in a civilian area certainly should be.
