    200 MW production line

    What is this measure ffs. Is this power consumption of the facility or solar panel capacity delivery?

      Yeah, that’s sloppy writing on their part. This is a bit of industry lingo that needs to be explained in the article, and written more clearly.

      Solar panel factories are often talked about in terms of the amount of power in panels they can deliver per year, so likely what they meant to write was “production line capable of delivering 200 MW of solar panels per year”

      Yes! And then we need an AI and we tell it to “maximize solar panel production”. After a while the whole world will be solar panels.

        Even without AI we maximize available energy. Solar was just restricted to maintain dependency on gas and oil. That restriction is falling so what should prevent full coverage? Maybe some areas will be spared to preserve nature, but only the minimal necessary.
