Oh so suddenly you found the means of determining what actions disqualify a country now?
Well, if that is a disqualifying act, why wasn’t he US barred from participating in the World Cup?
If that was really your concern, why did it start with you saying international sports competitions shouldn’t ban any countries?
It is simpler to let all countries participate rather than deal with the complexity of determining what acts are disqualifying, then having to investigate.
