The great thing about European food, especially cheese but really anything, is it gets hyper regional. They’re all delicious in their own way. Gotta try them all.

Spanish wines are underrated too: Rioja, Ribeira, albarino. Not to mention all the types of sherry. And the cheeses: cabrales, manchego, tetilla, the smoky Sam Simón… 🤤

To Spains credit it sounds like they fired the guy within the day after finding out. In the US admin right now they’d give him a promotion and put out AI meme videos on X about it.
