I don’t see that. Canada claim to the arctic rests on claiming our land physically extends out. America is up there claiming it with their navy and so is Russia. Anyways meme’n online isn’t contributing to their arctic claim. It doesn’t make sense. Politically Russia does not care about Canada right now. Aside from the odd afro turf about Ukraine, there isn’t much. China is targeting Canada. Big time. That’s where our bots are coming from. China and America

Russia and China are both heavily involved in this globally. But they have very different approaches. Russia is invested in America. China in Canada. Historically this is accurate. Geopolitical this is also accurate.
