If you like Arduino you should consider switching to Teensy microcontrollers and PlatformIO. Although platformio works with pretty much any microcontroller. Steeper learning curve than the Arduino IDE though.

Yeah. Just started my self hosting journey a few months ago, looking to replace Spotify at some point. I got a NAS with Jellyfin set up, my next step is replacing Google photos with Immich probably.

I do appreciate Spotify will be adding lossless music soon, but they have so many other issues.

I have a used model 3 (I bought it before shit really started going downhill) and I’ve been contemplating disconnecting the wifi and cellular antennas. My car wouldn’t be able to send any images/video anywhere, I wouldn’t be tracked except for my location when I stop at supercharger stations, and I would never have to risk getting Grok installed in my car.
